In solitude, I hear silence speaking. It is the voice of my past, the voice of my present, the voice of my future, the voice of my uncontainable thoughts and emotions about everything under the sun. I hear them all. Silence is not mute. Silence is not deafening. Silence is my voice, my companion and my friend in times of solitude.

CLASSROOM
Words don't come easy...
My mind is blank and yet, nothing comes in,
Too many voices but I hear nothing, and understand nothing,
My soul sits still in silence.
Tranquility in the midst of a crowded room is a bliss,
And yet, I feel the need to speak my mind,
Beyond the noise and the fullness of this corner,
My soul is yearning to be heard but couldn't find a word to say,
So, I hum an old hymn for the Lord,
And dance with gladness in my mind.
