SENSITIVITY

Can you stare at the sun without blinding your eyes?
Can you walk in the rain without getting soaked?
Can you play with fire without getting burned?
Can you eat your cake and keep it too?
Can you express your love without honoring your words?
Was your words of love nothing more than a childish chatter?
Was everything just a heartless game that you had to play?
Sensitivity, where has it vanished after a year long love affair?
Will a boat sink while sailing through still waters?
Can still waters tear a hole on a boat while it's anchored deep?
Can you sink a boat without letting the waters in?

Have you let distractions tempted you to abandon ship?
Have your demons whispered in your ears to bid farewell?
Why have you let the waters in and let our love drowned?
Sensitivity, when did corrosion finally seeped into your heart?
Have the sun stopped shining behind  the clouds?
Would the sun disappear from its place when a cloud pass by?
Can the sunlight not penetrate a cloud?
Can the heat from the sun not melt a cloud?
Can love as warm as the sun vanish in a clouded mind?
Can you not keep the love in your heart in the presence of distraction?
If a storm would come, would the sun not shine again after?
Without the rain, can you ever find a rainbow again?
Sensitivity, do you really have to live with a callous heart until the end?
