As I say my prayers, this September,
This is what these beauties speak to my heart...
"Forget us not!" says these maidens who were slain,
By evil-led flying dragons breathing flames,
"Let not our death bring hatred to your hearts,
But love, unity and compassion is rather learnt,
For our death was meant to unite our people,
And make them soar high like an Eagle,
As we were once the tallest in the northern sky,
Remember us with your heads up high,
Let our lives be not wasted in vain,
Be proud, be brave and bring peace to our land,
Always keep us standing proud in your hearts,
Only then, you shall bring justice and beauty to our graves."
